The disease can be treated with surgery. The surgeon will replace the weakened lens with a clear artificial lens. Night blindness will improve significantly after surgery if the main cause of the disease is the lens.

Don't know of a cure but you could invest in a pair of nightvision goggles if the condition is debilitating for you
