That only happens for 2 things or you are not logged in to the page or your internet is slow you have to make sure that the thumbnail is in green in the lower right corner, having the xproject launcher open
what windows version you using? try reinstalling 10 Windows or the program itself.

Reload the website and turn on the loader first and if the hack injected so it will not show you load button again
