Oneplus IMEI repair tool

guys I am from Pakistan and I have oneplus 7 pro tmobile. in Pakistan there are high taxes on smartphones so some of us who are not willing to pay these taxes use another phone imei to avoid such taxes. I was just thinking about installing the global frimware in my tmobile variant but if I do so it will wipe the patched IMEI from the device and I will be using phone without sim card. so I was searching for a tool to repair imei in my phone but all are paid softwares, I have not found any free software. if anybody knows about such a free tool please let me know.. or any other kind of help is appreciated. thanks in advance

There are places in Turkey that do this at affordable prices, but as you said, if the programs are paid and free, I can buy from that program.
