You can't overclock your processor without K phrase. This is valid for all INTEL processor. Your processor should be like 6700K.
I have core i5 10generation laptop can i do this?

You mustn't be able to. I don't have definite an idea. according to me yo shouldn't overclock in laptop because laptop case is weak than normal computers. You can't cool like a big computer.

have you check your bios? overclocking option should be there

K for Intel CPU, X for Amd CPU required for overclocking. Example; intel i5 9600(K) and Ryzen 5 3600(X) etc..
