Overpowered or underwhelming items in League of Legends

Jak'Sho on champions that should not build Jak'Sho (e.g. Swain) are really overwhelming in my opinion. Generally, every tank item is overwhelming in a sense that there is little to no counterplay if a tank gets fed. For example, Mundo. Mundo doesnt build any AD items yet, if he gets 3 kills early game can absolutely destroy enemy team (even singlehandedly)

Of all time? Ohmwrecker was legit useless.
Currently? Turbo Chemtank doesn't have a whole lot of uses.
