I don't know if it's good or a bad patch tbh. Thank god they nerfed Milio but I don't think anyone would play Sivir because of the changes, she's already very weak but they still nerfed the AD per level and just buffed the W damage by 5-10. I'd say the most op adc when this patch is released is Ashe and Lucian. Nasus will be very op as well as Lulu and other enchanter supports. I like the changes to Phantom Dancer because it's been sitting in a really weak position after the changes, the Statikk Shiv is also a good change because it's really weak in early game and late game. Rapid fire will be situational now. That's all I can say about this patch, some things are just minor changes except the things that I have mentioned.

The gf buff will only affect those gp players who itemize Infinity Edge over Navori so I don't think it will affect the game much except for the early game.
