this happens when you didn't exclude the file to your anti-virus, try to exclude it on the anti-virus and run the file as administration, hope this helps

l my account was banned. even its not working for me for some errors there is a red text over after it detects gameloop. after search text popup there is a 2 errors below it. how to manage that?

I don,t know what is other solution for it, just look to the right bottom side of this page, you will see Contact Us, just click on it and send your problem to admins, maybe they can help you.
