my pc is too hot whats the reason?

which part is heating up? u can use some program like hwid to map

you need thermal paste or the processor is poorly strained, make sure to tighten it

check the fans or the cooling system u have and be sure ur pc is clean and u may need to add some thermal paste

If its your cpu that's heating up then you may have to consider re-applying thermal paste and switching it's cooler with an AIO

if you have cleaned and made sure you have good airflow into the case, maybe invest into a cooler some fans, I recommend artic fans they are good for the price.
