Bro, you have a GTX 1080TI and ask for a upgrade.
The only better option then this is a RTX 2080 Ti,
that alone will cost you about 1k
So i dont know what are you thinking of changing,
i would only change your processor and buy 16 gb of the same ram so you have 32gb,
thats pretty much everything you are able to buy with that budget, if you want a "upgrade"

that's what im saying, my pc that i had for the last couple years had a i7-920 - ddr3 ram (12gb) and a GTX 1050tithis setup is more than enough
i played with that pc for like 7 years, until i got me a brand new one a couple months ago
and this guy is thinking about upgrading with a 1080TI

Oh well i see, and i know you are going to tell me, does not need updating, yes i am thinking about starting to stream, i have triple monitor setup, and i need a lot of power to make stream beautiful and working well. I think maybe to change CPU from Intel to Ryzen threadripper series but i will see, i am not sure yet..

Dude, if I'm being honest, I wanted to have a computer like this myself, btw I really like AMD for games.
I think that AMD CPU are very good and less expensive. But if your MB is not compatible you'll need to change it and make sure that the CPU work well with the GPU because sometimes it's making the PC slow even if you have a good conf.
