Avast aint that good, if you need a good anti-virus buy norton security (cheap)

well even free antivirus is your friend, if you know you have 55... thingy virus then delete them?
Malwarebytes name for app anti-malware, you can search on youtube or google to get more info

You can download on another PC Bitdefender Security and put it on a USB Bootable stick. Please, don't forget to download the Bitdefender USB Boot option. After that close your PC, plug in the USB Drive, start your PC and boot up the usb drive with the Bitdefender antivirus on it. You can acces your PC after that but your operating sistem (Bitdefender) will be on a USB Drive. After that you can scan your PC and clean anything malware/virus related

like the other members aswner, the malwarebytes is the great choice against virus, i use every month to scan my pc

avast isnt that quite good for what i tested, would better recommend using windows defender instead of it. But yeah a format can be useful but all game setup will be lost which isnt a problem at all. Would recommend a low format

if its not locking all your files into stax then you can go use malwarebytes download it and you got 30 days trial. when you got locked file with last name .stax that mean you got ransomware and the only thing to do it u must reset windows
