can you explain a bit more about this? cuz if every data file on your pc is 55 kb, there might be a chance that your pc got a ransomware. if that is the case a virus guard wont detect it and i dont think you can remove it.. all you can do this format your pc..

Very strange the size of this virus, in your case, maybe I would buy another ssd or format the entire pc, I thought it was big.

use antivirus, check your task manager and disable startup programs that u dont know or dont trust
start in safe mode, download malwarebytes scan, if nothing happens, try to find this virus in safe mode through the task manager and remove it manually, although I don't think it will work

Virus programs cant protect ur pc cause everything that u download illegal needs to run without them.
Better to download thing from safe places.

Use kaspersky but disable after scan for use cheat
any anty malware would work. its a lot hard to bypass any antivus up to date

I have had faced this problem in 2018 hhh you must reset your windows and do not download ***** software or other websites cheat in your computer. I think you already done this thing but i hope now your computer looks good

clean start is the best solution if you couldn't get rid of that virus
