This ping is terrible for FPS, I recommend 5-80ms.
rofl, here in Brazil is not normal, only in rural cities is normal.

Not bad, but can affect your game a little.
-100 ping is good
0-50ms is good, 50-100 is ok, 100-200 is bad, 200+ is umplayable

I wont say that the FPS is good not its bad. Its average for a mobile game. You might face lagging when you play with High Graphics

look if you have good CPU and GPU so please made settings of gameloop which i am gona tell you
1.if you have ram like 8GB chose 4GB ram in emulator
2.how many cores your CPU has like 4 cores you have to set the emulator cores to 2 if you have 4 cores
3.change priority of emulator from which you play game to high
4.change resolution of emulator to 1600x900
5.if you have good GPU change the game settings in emulator to 1080 and choose quality smooth
and one more setting in game you have to choose graphics smoothe frame rate extreme and antianalising off and auto adjust off

The good ping is about 40 to 80, assure that you have a good internet and if the ping are more then 120ms it’s not good for réaction in fight
