or if your isp is bloocking it you should cosider using a proxy tunnel or a vpn is better

restart your pc ı think then it will be okay

uninstall the loader
reset ur internet configuration to defaults
delete data in the temp folder
use the original server
install the loader and dont forget to allow it through firewall
run as adminitrator
and enjoy
