inhale 4 seconds, hold your breath 8 seconds and exhale 7 seconds, repeat until you fall asleep

Sleepin' fast ain't easy, mate. But try takin' deep breaths and clearin' ya mind. Maybe listen to some relaxin' music or have a warm cuppa tea. And if all else fails, knock back a whiskey or two. Works for me every time.

A great way to fall asleep fast is to try to clear your mind of any thoughts or worries that might keeping you awake. It can be difficult to relax and let go of stress or anxiety, but once you're able to focus on nothing but the sound of your breathing and the way your body feels, you'll soon be able to drift off to sleep. Some calming music or meditation can also help relax the mind and make it easier to drift off to sleep and stay asleep. If all else fails, there are many sleep aids available including melatonin that can help lull you to rest!
