i am using game loop on gtx960 and am getting 60 fps on smooth settings

hope you are doing well
I was in same problem please try the followings
Use Intel XTU only for undervolting undervolt to -100 you can do more but make sure to run test to check stabilty
whenever you were using hack go to task manager and Make Pirority of LSFLAT to very low and uncheck all processors in Affinity tab
use gameloop only and select OPENGL
