They know... if there are less people use that cheat then there is less chance for that cheat t get detected so i dont think they will allow normal members to use that

no they will never lower the requirments for the cheat as it was previously for uper member and they had to increase the requirment for it to not get detected easily

I think they won't lower the requirements for the Privat cheat because more people using it will make it faster for Riot to detect it.

And then the hacker developers will have to work on a new version, which probably takes alot of time.
