Are you sure you using the latest version?
if it dosnt work sometimes reinstalling the system helps something is blocking it happened to me before

i read all the things and my also loader crashing . when there was v19 there were no problem but when they updated the loader to v20 beta windows 7 and windows 8 loader keeps crashing . so the sol is to update your windows to 10 20h2
