Yea I was wondering about the same thing aswell, legit I still dont know how I can add a profile picture, tried everything in settings but no luck...
Never mind just looked it up and found out that you have to be a verified member to be able to setup a profile picture, basically get about 50 messages then you gucci

I tried to do that, but I think it's only for approved members
