I'm closing this thread now to prevent further spam and unneeded messages. Consider that this project is officially frozen.

Unfortunately many users are over abusing Cerberus and using it for things that it wasn't designed for. I can't provide a stable fix for your bans at the moment because it would be too dangerous and risky.

So what now?
You can use any of the previous versions if you want. Cerberus will have a come-back someday in the future, when you least expect it, stronger and safer than before.
