I'm not 100% sure, but try the following methods.
1. Delete all vaccines on your computer.
2. Disable all Windows firewalls.
3. Delete all files in path %appdata%.
4. Open the CMD in managed mode and enter sfc /scanow to wait for all operations.
Reboot the computer after all methods have been used.

If windows defender is installed, close and clear temp.

once clear temp files and restart, allow files on defender then check

Friend, try disabling your firewall and antivirus
off anti virus then use CCleaner
