Check your internet connection, if you have a firewall, even windows firewall, just give permission to gameloop and game itself. Try europe server.

yes it s not error in memory ui. reinstalled the game, now working fine, thank you all

Save code to text file and change .bat file and use try run game or not work use vpn & reset windows
