pubg issue in tencent

can somebody help me.. i was unable to play pubg in tencent showing safe game enviornment is needed to run this game and i cant install gameloop it hangs my pc and recently i was playing in tencent but from 2 to 3 days it is not working i searched a lot on youtube but still unfix please help me

its better to completely delete tencent and then try reinstalling it just to make sure there's nothing wrong with the files.

you should go to control panel and make a repaire to your emulator and that would solve your problem inshaa allah

try reinstall the game and try restarting ur emulator after that dont start the game yet just restart your pc and start the emulator in adminstrator mode
