When I got mine that restriction was not made yet.
But talking about today, when you are just a member, you can post 5 coments every 2 hours, so it is very possible. because 5 comments per 2 hours, you got 25 comments in 10 hours. In avarage I use pc 15 hours a day.
So even if you can't get it in 2 days TODAY because of you lack of time, you cna get it in 4 to 5 five days easly as well.
