it happened with me too but after disabling all non-windows services i was able to play the game... but this method have some risk since it disables the pubg lite anti cheat service too , and may lead to permanent ban.

I'm very certain that hack ain't from MH because you are yet to become a prime member. I'd advice that you contact the source of your hack and explain to them. Also stay active here, follow the rules, gain your prime membership and you can try the hack. MH is the best bro. Good luck and stay safe.
