Okay, I have read some comments along with this thread and I've decided to make things clear as well as I can.∎ If you are not a prime member, you cannot access the hack.
∎ For hack to work perfectly, I suggest you start the game after opening the launcher and make sure you're in lobby. Load the hack after that, and change your screen size settings to "borderless".
∎ Restart the hacking process again and again if it fails. It usually happens to me and quite a number of people.
