You should clear temp files from run and %temp% folder, temp folder and prefetch folder.
Then reset your ip using cmd and this command:
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
and use cmd (admin) and type:
netsh winsock reset
restart your pc you will be done,,,,

before using hack restart your pc.
Disable adblock and try reloading the newest version?
