I dont know if they are safe or not
But they are very bad because recoil is ALWAYS different, and depends most by Distance, then by scope/weapon/grips/compensators etc
Dont use macro just get used to the weapons you like the most!
TIP: use vertical sencitivity x2!! and if u have mouse tou unlock Y/X DPI so you can put like 30% more vertical dpi .

i wouldn't recommend but some people don't get banned with macro's so its all up to you
