suppose you downloaded the recent update of MH UI downloads.
try delete your %temp%

-update ur windows to last version [don't disable windows update after this]
-Scan your HDD with antivirus , delete viruses then uninstall it
-download and install vc_redist.x64 2015 to 2019 - download and intall vcredist_x86 2005
-disable windows defender prema [google it] , block browser protect from windows defender setting on windows setting
-disable windows firewall prema [google it] from windows service or from windows firewall advanced setting on control panel
-clean your TEMP, %TEMP% , Prefetch files , clean ur registry using ccleaner
-clean browser cache
-update ur browser to last version , use browser doesn't have adblocker , make sure your browser doesn't disable any site setting for MH UI
-Enjoy
