well i have also a little lag in it but the hack is not responsible for it because without hack the emulator also gives lag. Go to youtube and search for how to fix gameloop lag you will find an effective videos try them. I have tried on and it worked for me.
try not to use full esp and close the modern esp info the bring the box above the player and use only box or skeleton esp it reduced the lag and freeze to me
