Thank you soo much its fixed. i just disabled and enabled ipv6 checkbox in my network settings. here is some quicke steps go to "Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections" right click on your wifi/lan connection and go to properties. then scroll down and you will see "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/Ipv6). just uncheck and check the box and you are done.
