you can install gameloop on win8 but pubg mobile cheat need win10.if your pc low i can send link best win10 for low pc.

Problem solved i had to do win 10 but i am getting error on emulator like 0x000005

pubg mobile works for me on windows 10.. maybe you are using emulator that doesnt work.. try using gameloop or smartgaga
