your pc spec won't hold the efect maybe

it's normal coz hack need more power from processor

Mine also same problem overall my processor reach almost 90% and graphic card use 30% only

If your windows is updated then you have to disable windows defender because windows defender takes process about 50%-60% thats the reason of lags due to play...try this method your pc performance will be increase and game will run smoothly than before

Disable windows defender anti virus protection and disable windows firewall then start game....dont apply cheats in lobby it will not work properly...you have to go in training mode or cheer park then apply cheats...it's recommended. If even it not work then clean/delete %TEMP% file then try again

My pc is able to run the emulator pubg mobile smooth but using the hacks it lags
