PUBG Mobile is not working

What is the windows version I should install to make the PUBG mobile working?
this is what I did

I opened the gameloop
disable Antivirus and firewall
run xproject.exe
login to memoryhackers.org and In the hackerUI, I click intall in the PUBG mobile

I could see the options in the pubg but no box on the players as I saw in youtube.
