i have same congig and ssd. once gameloop used to run smoothly when 7.1 beta was first released. but now.. one click and the response time goes to 150. everything feels sluggish.

the ram is the major problem
i think you must clean your ram slot with carefully ,
and use it as dual channel or all slots to get better performance ,
if still the problem , you should change to new one , that's i think

increase page file memory it will help
