For Example u r playing on your mobile then u can use another device either pc or mobile to read the packets and show information. Also it doesn't efffect or modify game data just copy the packet and read it. So, its totally safe. Sadly this hack is long dead (2020). but its still possible to create another working hack that will be compatible with the New PUBG M version. If there is anyone who can make this type of hack it would be great.
