1- Install the programs from the links I gave you below

2- Clean the %temp% , temp and prefetch folders.
3- You need to update your gameloop version to the latest version (4.1.117.90).
4- Select Gameloop -> Settings -> Engine/Engine Settings -> DirectX+.
5-Then restart your computer and if you have Adblocker, Windows Security, Antivirus programs, Riot Vanguard and FaceIT Anticheat, turn them off and try again.
