I think pubg can't be improved because it was made for phones in the first places so you can't make it better on pc and you can't make the fps increase than 60 so yeah all those kind of videos that says +90 fps are fake but you can just make the graphic on the highest because your pc can handle this kind of graphic

I have some solutions for you.
1. Don't be afraid to hide at the start
2. Terrain can be an equally good cover to any building or wall
3. ALWAYS take a level three helmet
4.but sometimes leave level three vest.
5.Play the edge of the circle
6. Keep yourself pumped up at the end of the game.
7. Hiding in the bushes works very well.
