Clear temp, %temp% and prefetch
If you have a VPN, turn it off.
Log out of your account, clear cookies and log back in.
If you have adblocker, turn it off.
Try making another browser (Edge - Opera) default.

u have to install all the packages to run games as DirectX and C++packages.
Also u should have good isp connection.
close antivirus ,vanguard ,defender and ad blocker.
Try different browsers it may help too sometimes.
