i have 2 PC, one for playing and one for work. PC1 spec : G4600 + 1050 + 8GB Ram. PC2 spec : AMD Ryzen 7 3700X + RTX 2060 + 32 GB Ram. But kinda get low FPS on both when play game with emulator. It just can't run smooth when you use Emulator

your 2nd pc should run emulator smoothly, but as you said, you still have problem. i think is the main problem is within the emulator itself
