Ofcourse it is 100% safe, since your not cheating with your main account but a alternative account. I used this method back in 2019, got to Ace rank

You can duo with your phone and then die on pc spectate your phone and play that way to get the spectate hack

spectate hack is not usefull anymore as if you are spectating you will not see enemies anymore, only you will see enemies who are closer to you are are visible to naked eye
