ok so you have to run the program that tap spoofer load after that it will work for sure but you will be felling like it has crashed

Here is step by step procedure for u thanks.
1- If you're playing pubgm, close the pubgm and gameloop emulator totally !
2- Open gameloop emulator but dont start the game.
3- Open memoryui and find PUBGM UNBAN [SPOOFER], select it and press load.
4-It will automatically spoof your device id, until it says "Done" do not do anything.
5-After it says done it will close the emulator. Dont afraid, it is permanent spoof. You only need to use it when you get ban, once in time.
Now you can open your game without spoofer.

You just have to randomize the IDs in /data/data/com.tencent.ig/shared_prefs/device_id.xml using a file explorer.
Then create a new guest
