1. Press Windows + R - - - > Type %Temp% - - - > Click Ok - - - - > Select All - - - - > Delete All
(Note:- Some files could not be deleted so just skipped)

If you have Adblocker, Windows Security, Antivirus programs, Riot Vanguard and FaceIT Anticheat, turn them off and try again.
and also change gameloop installing location (For Example : If you install gameloop on C Drive Change it to D/E/F )
Uninstall any quality updates you have recently installed.
Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Update history > Uninstall updates . View update history.
