guys today I tried to start hack and it didn't start

[Sat Jun 12 12:40:05 2021]: /load pi fail
whenever I click to load it says the same how to fix ):

Thanks man it worked the problem was the VPN i didn't knew that VPN was active behind so that is why it was not working.
