No, you just have to spend some of your time on the website and eventually you will get it.
You just need 50+ messages and you are good to go, I read that after you have the 50+ messages it will automatically change your account to "Confirmed Member", so you just have to be patient for it.

Its not automatic will change when you reach certain amount of message. It will take time sometimes it will take hours to change.
