This is completely normal and there isn't any way to "fix" this, its intended behavior by the gams server,
This is the FOW system in place, it limits the information about other clients (players) being sent to a given client, this is done to stop radar and ESP and such working as effectively, if the player is not in a position where they could be seen, shot or heard your game client will not be sent that information by the game socket
Without that being sent in the first place it's impossible to render that information, the only way to know for sure if the player is in that position or not is to get close enough.
