Try lowering the game settings and adjusting the fan speed for your laptop. Please check and clean the internal hardware again

i cant tell you which one is the quietest to be honest but i am sure all of those i said are good and quiet anyway

Go for dell G7, it got great specs and its quiet from what I have experienced.
