no, i couldn't. I tried sending the reset email for like 10 times but i can't figure out whats wrong with it.

well i try to login an account which i forgot the password of it and the reset email does not come to my mailbox. How can i change my e-mail address?

Yes, when i try to register with that address it says that there is an account registered with that so im sure that was the address because that is an really uncommon address and i doubt there is anyone who uses it except me
