well .i have a problem .i downloaded gameloop and pubg.when it startes resources at the beginning stops at 0.1mb /500mb
i try vpn but nothing changed

You need to clean cache of GameLoop for PUBG Mobile, the files will get deleted and you just need to re-download game resource.
You have in GameLoop at top 3 lines to clear cache, or you can go like "mobile settings' by swipe from up to down or open settings app then go to Applications -> PUBG Mobile -> Cache.

You can open the settings of the PUBG application on Gameloop and clear data and cache, then open the game and repair it in the login screen. This will probably fix it.

Clear cache or delete the temp files in your windows, might help you fix it
