Does it matter if i log in with my second account in steam(have many games+have ban in rust)and the other has only rust in steam library,will the account that has ban (2nd) save traces that can get me banned in rust only acc?

It may take a short time to get banned as your motherboard will be blacklisted. You can unban your motherboard by spoofing and continue with a new account. While doing this, be careful not to log into your banned account.

i injected cheat and after 30 minuts get banned(like 120 days ago), but now i'm fine,and i play with scriptsToo bad, got banned twice. What did you do to get banned?
