Despite the heating and power consumption problems (factory problem with these chipsets), I would definitely go for the RTX 4060.
Much more performance, better technology, better construction, among other points.
Just a tip: Choose the TUF Gaming version from Asus. It is the best version currently, as shown by tests on the UserBenchmark website.
